16:30 Hildur Einarsdóttir, CEO of Advania
Hildur is an electronics- and computer engineer by training and holds a master’s degree in Computational Neuroscience from Imperial College. Hildur has dedicated the past 20 years to innovation, business- and product development. Hildur joined Advania as CEO earlier this year after 16 years with Embla Medical (previously Össur), a listed company and global provider of innovative products and services catering for the needs of people with disabilities such as amputations, progressive neurological disorders, and prolonged injuries. Hildur was a member of Embla Medical’s executive committee and led the global Research & Development organization for the past years. Previously, Hildur led Global Marketing at Embla Medical with focus on market access and product management. Hildur is vice-chairman of Iceland’s Science and Innovation council that operates on behalf of Iceland’s Prime Minsters office and is a board member for Imperial College’s Industry Advisory Board. Hildur has throughout the years advised numerous start-up companies from around Europe within the fields of digital- and health tech.

Sanna Nieminen is an accomplished business leader with two decades of experience in the fast-evolving IT industry, specializing in B2B sales strategy, marketing, and organizational development. Sanna currently leads the Client Solutions growth strategy for Dell Technologies across the Europe North region, covering the Nordics, Baltics, and Ireland.
Recognized for building and managing high-performing, multi-national teams, Sanna’s leadership has driven exceptional sales performance and market share growth—even during challenging conditions such as the global pandemic. Her collaborative approach and focus on talent development have led to outstanding team engagement and a consistent record of delivering results, including a 100% Leader NPS.
Throughout her career at Dell Technologies, Sanna has held a range of senior roles—from leading specialty solution sales for the Nordics to heading marketing and communications in Finland. In each position, Sanna has developed effective sales and marketing strategies, deepened customer connections, and increased brand visibility through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships.
With an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, and active involvement in mentoring and serving as a site lead in Dell’s Employee Resource Group championing diversity and inclusion, Sanna brings a well-rounded perspective on building inclusive, resilient teams that drive business impact.
